Assortment of three seasonal vegetables

Seared bonito with spicy sauce, mountain jellyfish and jellyfish, Sanriku wakame seaweed and firefly squid with sesame sauce

Kesennuma shark fin and seaweed soup

Stir-fried spring vegetables and shrimp with salt

*You can add Peking duck for an additional 700 yen.

Steamed local sea bream with aromatic soy sauce

Thinly sliced Kami pork stir-fried with sweet and spicy miso and steamed bread

Fried rice with northernmost whitebait and plum

*For an additional 600 yen, you can change it to Sendai beef and thinly sliced green peppers with thickened sauce fried noodles.

Tofu mousse with matcha sauce

*You can change it to smooth almond paste for an additional 450 yen.
